Treating the whole person, not just the body part.
Huibrid works closely with people navigating pain, injury, stress, or physical limitation, especially when life has shifted and your body hasn’t quite caught up. Her work supports you to rebuild strength, confidence and re-establish your physical identity, so your body feels reliable again.
If you find:
You’re functioning well on the surface, but movement feels harder
Rehab and recovery feels slower
Your tension keeps returning.
Or stress is showing up physically in ways you can’t ignore anymore.
This work looks beyond the injured area alone.
Because bodies don’t exist in isolation, they live inside real lives.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hi I'm Huibrid
I’m a registered physiotherapist and certified functional health coach with decades of experience working in movement, rehabilitation, neurology and traumatic injury.
My work is shaped by years spent supporting people through:
Neurological injury and traumatic brain injury.
Major physical disruption, including limb loss.
Long, complex recovery journeys where “doing the exercises” wasn’t enough.
Ongoing pain and recurring injuries.
That experience flows into how I work today.

To make sure physiotherapy support is genuinely helpful, not generic, I need to understand the full picture.
1
Book your free exploration call
We’ll talk through what’s been happening in your body, how it’s affecting your daily life, and what prompted you to reach out. You don’t need a referral, a diagnosis, or a perfectly articulated problem. We’ll meet you where you’re at and take it from there.
This call is about understanding, not selling. If integrated physiotherapy isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you.
2
Assessment and client questionnaire
After the call, you’ll complete a short assessment to help me look beyond your symptoms and understand:
Your movement history and current limitations
Pain patterns or recurring issues
Stress, workload, and recovery capacity
Daily habits and environmental factors.
This step allows me to identify what may be contributing to your pain, tension, or restriction, not just where it shows up.
3
Your tailored integrated physiotherapy plan
Where appropriate, we work collaboratively with your existing medical or allied health team. With your consent, we can integrate relevant advice, reports or treatment plans so your support remains aligned and cohesive.
Based on what we uncover, we’ll put together a customised plan designed around your body, goals and real-life demands.
Your plan may include:
Physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
Movement retraining and rehabilitation.
Strength, mobility, or functional support.
Education around pain, recovery, and prevention.
Health coaching support where behaviour, stress, or habits are influencing progress.
Life coaching support for motivation, direction and sustainable behaviour change.
Everything is outlined clearly, including session structure and investment, so you can make an informed decision without surprises.
4
You choose how to move forward
You decide how you’d like to proceed.
If you’re ready, we’ll get started. If you need time to think, that’s okay too.
Our role is to guide and support your recovery.
The pace and path are always yours.

If you’re ready to understand what’s really going on, and what to do next, let’s talk.
Frequently Asked Questions
Got more questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Is this the same as a standard physiotherapy appointment?
No. Integrated physiotherapy looks beyond the injured body part alone.
While it includes evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation, it also considers movement patterns, stress, recovery capacity, habits, environment, and nervous system load.
Can I use Medicare for physiotherapy?
In many cases, yes. With the appropriate referral, Medicare rebates may apply, If you’re unsure, we can help clarify your options.
Do I need a referral or diagnosis to book?
No. You don’t need a referral, diagnosis, or imaging to start.
Your exploration call helps determine whether integrated physiotherapy is appropriate for your situation.
What types of issues is integrated physiotherapy best suited for?
This approach is often helpful for people experiencing:
Ongoing or recurring pain.
Slow or frustrating recovery after injury or surgery.
Stress that shows up physically.
Persistent tension or movement restriction.
Complex or long recovery journeys where exercises alone haven’t been enough.
Is this acute injury or emergency care?
No. Integrated physiotherapy is not designed for acute trauma, emergency care, or crisis intervention.
If urgent or acute treatment is required, we’ll direct you to the appropriate service.
Will coaching be part of my physiotherapy plan?
Where appropriate, yes.
Health and life coaching support may be included when behaviour, stress, motivation, or habits are influencing recovery. This is clearly outlined in your plan and never replaces clinical physiotherapy.
How long does integrated physiotherapy usually last?
Most clients work with Huibrid across 6, 9, or 12 sessions, depending on their goals, recovery needs, and capacity.
Session frequency is customised and discussed upfront.

This will be discussed during your exploration call.
Will you work alongside my doctor or other health professionals?
Yes, where appropriate and with your consent.
