We’ll talk through what’s been happening, where things feel off, and what prompted you to reach out. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what you’re looking for; we’ll meet you where you’re at and take it from there.


This call is about understanding, not selling. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.

Assessment and client questionnaire

After the call, we may invite you to complete a short questionnaire or assessment. This helps us look at the full picture: your health, habits, stressors, routines, work and lifestyle, depending on what you’re coming in for.


This step allows us to move beyond surface-level symptoms and understand what’s actually influencing how you’re feeling and functioning day to day.

You’ll get a tailored plan and pricing

Based on what we uncover, we’ll put together a custom plan designed around your needs, goals and capacity. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here.


Your plan may include a combination of:


  • Health coaching

  • Life coaching

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Integrated Physiotherapy


We’ll outline what’s included, how sessions are structured, and the investment upfront so you can make an informed decision without surprises.

If you’re ready, we’ll get started. If you need time to think, that’s okay too. Our role is to guide and support, the choice is always yours.

We typically recommend 6, 9 or 12 session packages, with timing shaped around your realistic life schedule. These can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions.
