Explore

We’ll talk through what’s been happening, where things feel off, and what prompted you to reach out. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what you’re looking for; we’ll meet you where you’re at and take it from there. This call is about understanding, not selling. After the call, we may invite you to complete a short questionnaire or assessment. Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Coaching at Aspire Beacon Co. is future-focused and practical. We work with people who are ready to move forward, make decisions, and change patterns that are no longer working. If therapy or clinical mental health support is more appropriate, we’ll always encourage the right referral.


Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before starting?

Not at all. Many clients come in knowing something needs to change, but not yet knowing what that looks like. The exploration call is designed to help you make sense of what’s going on and decide the most useful next step.

What’s the difference between coaching with Anneke and coaching with Huibrid?

Both Anneke and Huibrid are coaches, but they bring different lenses.

  • Anneke focuses on direction, leadership, identity change and life transitions, supporting people navigating responsibility, decision-making and meaningful personal or professional shifts.

  • Huibrid focuses on health, behaviour change, and how physical wellbeing, stress, and the nervous system affect daily life.

Sometimes clients work with one coach. Sometimes both. We’ll guide you based on your needs.

How does hypnotherapy fit into coaching?

Conscious Hypnotherapy is used selectively by Anneke as a practical, evidence-informed tool within her broader coaching work.

It’s never a standalone or exaggerated intervention, and it’s only used where it supports progress that’s difficult to access through conscious effort alone (for example, habit change, stress responses, or pain-related patterns).

How long do people usually work with you?

Most clients work with us across 6, 9, or 12 sessions, with timing shaped around real life (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
